Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 October 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms govern use of Polku. If you accept them for an organization, you must be authorized to represent it.

Polku ("we", "us") is provided by LUCAS CARVALHO PEREIRA LISO DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, CNPJ 57.205.287/0001-03.

Address: Rua Agostinho Gomes, 485, apt. 1805, São Paulo, SP, 04206-000, Brazil. Contact: support@polku.work.

2. The service

Polku is a web-based platform for software teams to organize product planning, journeys, tasks, documentation, responsibilities, and delivery tracking. Available features and subscription terms are described on our website and at checkout.

Polku helps organize work. Your organization remains responsible for its decisions, software, releases, and the accuracy of information it enters.

3. Accounts and workspace access

Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current. Protect your credentials and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions. Only share information with people and integrations authorized to receive it. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement; Polku is intended for professional use and is not directed at children.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Polku to:

  • Break the law or infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Upload malicious software, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service.
  • Access another account or workspace without authorization.
  • Send spam, commit fraud, or misuse billing and refund mechanisms.
  • Submit content you have no right to store or share.

We may restrict access to address security threats, unlawful activity, material breaches of these Terms, or unpaid subscriptions. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and allow you to resolve the issue. Urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. Statutory remedies remain available.

5. Monthly subscriptions and payments

Polku currently offers monthly subscriptions. Your subscription renews each month until canceled. The price, currency, applicable taxes, included users, additional-user charges, and billing date are shown at checkout or in the billing portal.

Subscription purchases are completed through our payment partner, which acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. The partner's identity and transaction terms are presented at checkout before you authorize payment. We provide and support Polku; the partner carries out payment collection, applicable tax administration, and related financial operations.

If a free trial is offered, its duration and billing conditions are disclosed before you subscribe. A trial may require a payment method and convert to a paid monthly subscription under the conditions you approve. Cancel before the disclosed first billing date to avoid that charge.

Any change to seats or subscription pricing must follow the conditions disclosed in the billing interface. We will notify you of changes to recurring prices before they apply, so you can cancel before renewal.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the subscription-management option in your Polku billing settings. This option opens the secure billing environment of our payment partner.

Cancellation stops future renewals. For an ordinary cancellation of a paid monthly subscription, access continues through the paid billing period and ends when that period expires. Stopping use of Polku or removing a browser application does not cancel your subscription.

Every customer may withdraw and receive a full refund of the corresponding payment within seven calendar days after each subscription payment, including the first payment after a free trial and monthly renewals. If access for the corresponding period begins later, the period starts when access is provided. No reason is required, and use of the service does not remove this right. Withdrawal ends the subscription and prevents future renewals. Longer periods and more favorable protections required by law or provided in the checkout transaction terms remain applicable.

Ordinary cancellation outside the applicable withdrawal period does not automatically refund payments already made. Refund requests are submitted to Polku support and handled under our Cancellation Policy. Refunds are carried out through the payment partner. Withdrawal, refunds, or legal remedies may require a different access end date.

7. Your content and integrations

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You authorize us to process it as necessary to provide the service, support, security, and legally required operations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Connecting a repository service, an MCP client, or another integration may allow it to receive workspace information within the permissions you authorize. Review the integration's access and its own terms before connecting it. Information already exported to another service is subject to that service's controls.

We retain ownership of Polku's software, branding, and other materials we provide. Your subscription grants access to the service; it does not transfer ownership of that software.

8. Availability and ending access

Maintenance, security measures, network failures, and third-party outages may interrupt access. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular business outcome. This does not exclude obligations or remedies that applicable law requires.

Subscription cancellation and data deletion are separate requests. Contact support to request deletion or assistance obtaining your information before access ends. Retention and deletion are explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not promise indefinite storage after termination.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect where required. Changes do not remove rights already accrued or mandatory legal protections.

Brazilian law governs your relationship with the Polku software provider, subject to mandatory laws protecting you in your jurisdiction. The competent courts and consumer authorities remain available as provided by applicable law. The payment partner's transaction terms govern its separate relationship with you and do not override mandatory consumer rights.
